The operator
To complete our permanent team, we are looking for a laborer. At PMB, this person supports the cutting, sorting, bending, sanding, painting or shipping stations, depending on the needs and operational challenges of the day. This person needs to be flexible and enjoy helping out to make a difference.
Main responsibilities
- Dismantle and deburr parts as they come off the cutting machines.
- Sort and palletize parts according to work order instructions and established methods.
- Hang parts before washing.
- Clean and wash parts before painting.
- Wrap painted parts appropriately in protective materials.
- Forklift as needed to move parts and pallets around the plant.
- Assist departments according to daily operational needs.
Skills and abilities required
- Be able to stand for long periods.
- Have the physical ability to hang pieces before washing, unhook them after baking and move them to the packaging area.
- Physical ability to sort and classify parts.
- Forklift driving a strong asset (required for some positions).

Daytime schedule : Monday to Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (40 hours in 4 days)
Salary: To be determined, between $19.95 and $26.85/hour
