DESIGN

LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting, where precision meets innovation. Our laser cutting service is an essential part of sheet metal processing. It relies on the use of state-of-the-art machinery, symbolizing the perfect intersection between advanced technology and human know-how.
Our arsenal includes three state-of-the-art lasers: the Bystronic Bysmart Fiber 10kW 3015, measuring 5 x 10 feet, the Kimla PowerCut Fiber 6kW 4020, measuring 6 x 12 feet, and the Amada Ensis 3015-AJ 3kW. This equipment enables us to process a wide variety of metal formats and thicknesses. This ensures unrivalled flexibility and efficiency for all types of project. We also have an Amada EM 2612 M2 punching machine (20 tons) for special projects.
FOLDING
Bending, a key department in our production of metal projects. At PMB, we combine our cutting-edge bending expertise with state-of-the-art equipment. This ensures precise manufacturing tailored to your precision sheet metal needs. We have eight Amada press brakes capable of processing parts up to 4 meters (13 feet and 1/8 inch) long and with thicknesses ranging from 0.026 inch (24G) to 0.500 inch (1/2 inch).

WELDING
We are your partner of excellence for welding and mechanized welding solutions for your metal projects. We turn challenges into opportunities with unrivalled welding expertise. We offer a range of customized services to meet even the most demanding specifications. Our highly skilled team, equipped with state-of-the-art tools, excels in high-precision work on steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
We hold CWB 47.1 and 47.2 accreditations, testifying to our commitment to superior quality.
MACHINING
One of our most specialized departments, machining and assembly. Where innovation meets excellence in metalworking. In addition to conventional and CNC machining, we also install PEM and inserts, and carry out assembly work of all kinds.
Our pride and joy, the Flex CNC G-Series with its impressive 6′ x 20′ table. It stands out for its ability to operate on four axes, offering precision and adaptability for every project.

ASSEMBLY
Our assembly plant enables us to offer a variety of assembly services using products manufactured in-house or externally to meet specific customer requirements.

Whether it’s a question of metal or mechanical assembly, or the assembly of parts transformed from metal, we work to optimize the production process for you. FINISH SANDING
The finish blasting team is responsible for meticulously preparing metal surfaces for coating. This step is essential to ensure optimum paint adhesion and a flawless finish.
This department is an essential link between welding and electrostatic painting. This department plays a crucial role in the quality and aesthetics of the final product.
ELECTROSTATIC PAINTING
In early 2024, Produits Métalliques Bussières inaugurated its new electrostatic painting department.
Electrostatic painting offers many advantages over traditional painting methods. One of these is the absence of solvents in the process, thus reducing emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This has a positive impact on the environment, on air quality in our facilities and, by the same token, on the health of our employees. Since our expansion, we have been recycling rainwater to wash the parts mentioned in the first stage of the process. We are also equipped with a heat recovery system for our baking ovens. This enables us to dry our parts and heat our plant, if necessary. For PMB, the paint department is a source of pride for our ecological footprint and industrial production.
