Freedom-Centric Company

What is a liberated company?

A liberated company works with employees who take individual initiatives. rather than obeying managerial decisions. In this way, all employees are free to speak up, and don’t have to respond to a traditional hierarchical system.

What type of hierarchy does PMB offer?

In fact, there are very few of them. The hierarchy is flattened as much as possible to allow maximum accessibility between all colleagues (management included).

Is it difficult to evolve in a liberated company?

Yes and no. It’s a complex question to answer, but there’s a clear concept to understand. In a liberated company, you have to take responsibility for yourself and make sure you see your projects through to completion. This requires healthy, respectful discussions between colleagues, even when there is friction or conflict.

What are the advantages of unrestricted management?

This creates a proud, close-knit team and a healthy working atmosphere. It develops an agile structure that constantly reinvents itself, while enabling innovative and creative teams. In short, it boosts employee performance and well-being.

What does PMB offer that other companies don’t?

At PMB, transparency and access to information are paramount. Every month, financial figures are presented to all employees, even the bottom line (net profit)! No hiding place!
