The “liberated company” model operates on the principle that employees are responsible, trustworthy, and best positioned to bring creative solutions related to their work. Hierarchical levels are flattened and linked to talents rather than titles. What is a liberated company?

A liberated company works with employees who take individual initiatives. rather than obeying managerial decisions. In this way, all employees are free to speak up, and don’t have to respond to a traditional hierarchical system.

What type of hierarchy does PMB offer?

In fact, there are very few of them. The hierarchy is flattened as much as possible to allow maximum accessibility between all colleagues (management included).

Is it difficult to evolve in a liberated company?

Yes and no. It’s a complex question to answer, but there’s a clear concept to understand.
