Mr. Morin, at 78, you’re PMB’s oldest employee. What motivates you to keep on working for so many years?
Well, two days a week keeps me in shape and I can socialize with my fellow workers.
Since PMB’s inception, what has been the most significant event for you?
The evolution of the company. In the beginning there were a dozen employees, today there are over 100.
What do you see as the future challenges for PMB?
Keeping good customers and attracting new ones to grow the company.
On a more personal note, how do you feel about the generational difference with your colleagues?
I think I’m still young, but?
What advice would you give to the next generation of employees who want to work for a company like ours?
Have ambition and willpower at work!
Finally, if you had to describe your career in just one word, what would it be?
Creative patenter!
